Introduction to ICTV

ICTV went on the air on September 19, 1986 in the Dade County Jail in Miami, Florida. I created it and continue to run it nineteen years later. As the world's first inmate television station, it has received a lot of media attention through the years (CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, New York Times, AP, UPI, and many others).
